Processing time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are:

• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are outside of our control.

Order tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery window, please contact us so we can help.

Damaged or lost packages

If your order arrives damaged, or appears lost in transit, please contact us at contact@sonora-usa.com with your order number and, if applicable, a photo of the damaged item so we can resolve the issue promptly.
